A very thin looking Paris Hilton appeared on David Letterman's "Late Show" last night to promote her new MTV reality show "Paris Hilton's My New BFF."The "Simple Life" star looks great in that green dress and snakeskin heels but is it just more does she look like she's wasting away? She looks like so mature in a green dress. Maybe there's something wrong with her make up because she looks like very matured person.
